Baked Lasagna Rolls

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 8 Lasagna Noodles
  • 5 Cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 4 Tbsp.  Italian Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Jar Stancato’s Broken Meatball

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook lasagna noodles al dente. Drain the noodles and cool for later use.
  3. While the noodles are cooling, combine the ricotta,parmesan, 1-½ Cups mozzarella, parsley and italian seasoning in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles and spread the ricotta mixture evenly on top of each one and gently roll each one up.
  5. Evenly spread 2 cups of Stancato’s Broken Meatball on the bottom of a baking dish and place the lasagna rolls on top.
  6. Pour the remaining sauce over the lasagna rolls and top with the remaining mozzarella.
  7. Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  8. Remove the pan from the oven and garnish with additional parsley and serve.
