Baked Lasagna Rolls
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 Lasagna Noodles
- 5 Cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 4 Tbsp. Italian Parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 Jar Stancato’s Broken Meatball
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook lasagna noodles al dente. Drain the noodles and cool for later use.
- While the noodles are cooling, combine the ricotta,parmesan, 1-½ Cups mozzarella, parsley and italian seasoning in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles and spread the ricotta mixture evenly on top of each one and gently roll each one up.
- Evenly spread 2 cups of Stancato’s Broken Meatball on the bottom of a baking dish and place the lasagna rolls on top.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the lasagna rolls and top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Remove the pan from the oven and garnish with additional parsley and serve.
